Cancellations must be made up to 7 days before your reservation date are 100% refundable. If you have to cancel with less than 7 days’ notice you will forfeit your reservation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. Please see weather cancelations for info on cancelations due to weather.

Rescheduling and refunds due to weather is determined on the day of your reservation. If there is inclement weather, your reservation may be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded. We will not issue refunds for inclement weather more than 24 hours prior to your reservation.

Boat rentals are set for 2, 3, and 4 hour durations with the option to extend for an additional fare if no reservations follow. Please call us at (980)- 231-4317 for any additional requested time lengths. Jet Ski rentals are through YGE Watersports and can be booked by the hour or by the day.

If your booking is under $300, we require you to make your payment in full. If your rental is more than $300 and greater than 7 days before your rental time a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance will be charged the day of the reservation.

A 10% service fee of the total rental amount goes towards fuel.

Add water sports on all of our boats for $50. Price includes tube, ropes and life jackets. Sorry, we still charge $75 if you bring your own equipment

We operate on Lake Wylie. Our pickup location may vary. One of our captains or represenatives will reach out to you prior to the reservation to confirm departure location.

Each Tritoon rental is equipped with all emergency equipment and life jackets of all sizes.

It’s important that you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your designated rental start time and go over important safety instructions prior to your departure. We have multiple rentals launching on any given day so our launch times are strictly followed & will not be adjusted due to late arrivals.

Upon your return, please plan on approximately 5 minutes for the Return/Check-In Process of your rental boat. Boat and jet ski equipment will be checked and safety items will be verified after and before each rental to ensure our vessels are being returned in the condition they were rented out.

We highly recommend you consult and read all the North Carolina boat laws. However, anyone born after June 30, 1996 needs to have a boater’s safety certificate to operate our boats.
